Culver's

Normally I love Culver's.. today not so much.. I counted 9 employees at location and it took 17 minutes to get my burger and fries, when I got my order the fries and burger were room temperature. Also have to say not the happiest staff either.. hand you your order without saying a word. Yes this location was a disappointment. 😶

Their burgers are a cut above usual fast food fare but my favorite meal at Culver's is the cod dinner. A brew pub favorite, I often get the fish and chips for twice the price. The Culver's version includes two big filets with a great crunchy crust. The only thing missing is malt vinegar although their house tartar sauce is quite good. Tired of the same old thing? Try this cod dinner and you won't be disappointed.

Wish I could give 0 stars! I asked for marinara for my cheese curds and they said it was 75 cents!!! How do the sauce not come with cheese sticks!?? Then said I had to pay for ketchup!!! Not to mention the 2 women in the window rude and unpleasant as ever! The only good staff was the girl bringing the food out. ...but honey I will never come here again. The food was cold and nasty just like the lady at the window. Never again! Just Close Culver's instead of hiring people like this.

Went here after passing other places because I wanted a butter burger for my bday. I hear the cashier tell the person ahead of me that there's no lettuce. When it's my turn to give my order I try to have a little customer service by asking the cashier how she's doing today. She refused eye contact while saying "I'm fine..........." So since I wasn't being asked in return either, I proceeded with my order to which she didn't inform me of the lettuce shortage. I turned to grab condiments and all 3 ketchup compartments are empty. I get my burger and flip over the bun to remove the tomato and notice the burnt taste was from them burning the bottom of the top bun. This wasn't my favorite visit to what I had made a classic choice in my head.

This was from my visit on 4/12/2021 I am very disappointed. I come to this Culver's frequently, but once I got home, this is what I received. The store manager Letty took my ordered and she was very nice and professional. She went through my whole order where I asked for no lettuce tomatoes or onions. She made sure twice. She is very good at what she does. I had lettuce, tomatoes and onions on my burger, my cheese wasn't melted and I was too tired to return to get it corrected. I am so disappointed that the people who prepare the food don't pay attention to the tickets.
