Culvers

We love Culvers especially in Eureka MO! Staff here in Lansing are friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. My only complaint is that my single butter cheese burger was very thin and over cooked. I have never experienced this before at a Culvers, I’m hoping it was just an off night.

Love the food ! Good often. I will say however, the manager there tonight left me waiting for food for 20 min, as I watched other people go. At one point I saw him looking for my car only to come back 15 min later after I pulled back in line. When I brought it to his attention; instead of an apology; I was immediately met with “well your number was wrong how would know”…. Sir … how could that be my fault ? Fought with me excessively for a common mistake he made into an instant argument. Staff is great… night manager needs some better training in customer relations 👎🏽

My family, friends, and I decided to eat here during our trip to the Lansing area. Staff was friendly and helpful due to never having been to this restaurant. The food was tasty and made accurately. It was a little busy, but the staff kept the line moving related to order completion. If your family is looking for a good chicken/burger, fast food option, I highly recommend it.

Visiting Lansing saw both the commercials and billboards and decided to make an effort to stop in. Glad we did!! Went with dine in service after a movie nearby. Easy ordering and plenty of options for the burgers. I went with a single, medium combo meal. Similar to a In-n-Out single so if you need more meat go with the double. Cheddar cheese was nice and firm, lettuce was crispy, tomatoes were nice and a cup of pickles on the side. Heard another customer say “onion rings” so I ordered those as well. Everything was quickly delivered to the table and tasted great. The bun makes the burger — light but firm. The bread complemented the other ingredients. I get the pickles on the side. The 8-10 slices of are perfect for a meal or sharing but more than I need directly on the burger. Best of both worlds. The DR PEPPER soda was nice and crisp. Machine made a good mix! Finished off the meal with a frozen vanilla custard with salted caramel and Heath Bar bits. Mmmmm
