I'm in Lansing/East Lansing, Michigan for the first time and discovered the fantastic EnVie by reading reviews. We had a fabulous time and ate great food. By sitting at the bar I was able to engage with the thoughtful proprietor Lance and EnVie's mixologist Travis who crafted a complex Mezcal Old Fashioned for me. It was a smokey and tasty concoction. EnVie's eclectic menu will capture the fancy of all, listing both down home staples and gourmet creations. My wife's chicken bowl was scrumptious, and my meatloaf as good as Sunday supper at Grandma's. (Not my grandma, but yours. My grandma was known for her latkes) EnVie's hamburgers are amazing, and have garnered national acclaim. Cool, upbeat music played in the background, and EnVie has a hip vibe without an ounce of pretension. With its bright, modern decor, EnVie must be a destination restaurant in this area of Michigan. We were fortunate to find it.

Great spot in Lansing to have a dinner! Atmosphere was great, service is friendly and fast! And the food was delicious! We had a salad with a steak and Brussels sprouts, and all tasted good and the way the meat was cooked was just on point. It was quite busy on a Saturday evening, but we were able to get seats at the bar with no waiting, so it was nice. Will recommend this place!

Very relaxed experience. They wrote us a signed by staff note for our anniversary. Glass of Prosecco on them. Mussels app was great. Entrees were really good! The “famous bowl” was perfect with nice medium steak. Scallops were tender and buttery too! Cacio e Pepe with crab was unexpectedly nice, on the oiler side though! The crab was perfect in it. Our server Zoey was very sweet, attentive, and her service flow was perfect. Drink list is well laid out and the Chenin Blanc was delish with the scallops. Being industry people, this experience was appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

I consistently scope out restaurants before every business trip and this place piqued my curiosity. EnVie definitely lived up to its advance billing. Service was top notch and my expectations were surpassed. If I happen to roll through Lansing again in the future then a return visit here will no doubt be in the cards.

My recent visit to EnVie was an absolute delight. The food was terrific, with the standout being their unique "Pickle Burger". This culinary masterpiece features two thin, perfectly cooked patties topped with crispy bacon and a tantalizing pickle sauce that adds an unexpected yet delightful twist. It's akin to an olive burger, but the pickles elevate it to a new level. For those with dietary restrictions, EnVie thoughtfully offers a gluten-free bun option adorned with sesame and poppy seeds, ensuring no one misses out on their gastronomic wonders. The service was commendable. The drinks rounded off a truly excellent dining experience. In conclusion, EnVie is a must-visit for food enthusiasts seeking a unique, satisfying culinary journey. Their attention to detail, quality preparation, and exceptional service make every visit memorable.

Food was awesome and the cocktails amazing. Place is small and quiet which is great. Muriel our waitress was very attentive. We got the short ribs and the Envie steak bowl. Both are amazing!! The short ribs have a 30 minute wait but totally worth it. Only thing I didn't like was blistered tomatoes, but that is a personal preference. Highly recommend!

Fantastic belated birthday with my parents at EnVie - this place is SUCH A GEM! I had the steak & frites, my dad had the burger & fries (burger/fries/beer $15 on tues/wed!) and my mom had the envie famous bowl with steak, mushrooms, asparagus & tomatoes. Everything came out perfectly, we had very friendly service and the goat cheese appetizer (not pictured) and affogato desert were absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait to go back - might be my favorite restaurant in the Lansing area ❤️🙌🏼
