Just left this establishment, got all the way home, take the chicken out and this was at the bottom. Not sure what it is, it look like they cooked this blue thing with the chicken. I don't live near so I was not taking this back. It's very sad that this is my second time having a issue with this store. I was fortunate the first time I had a situation I needed gas from across the street so I was able to look at my food and see that they gave me someone else order, BUT THIS RIGHT HERE TAKES THE CAKE. My money wasted,I had to throw it all in the trash. Thanks kfc👌🏾 for ruining my dinner,taking my money, destroying my evening. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

They said I was hired and haven’t heard from the manager since the 23 ! I have been calling no answer ! I’ve been emailing no response! That’s very unprofessional! Never been through this a day in life with a job ! That’s crazy ! So next move is going up there because who is the manager playin with!!!!!!!! Corporate tryin to figure out what’s goin on too now !

The experience was was very professional, as I was pleasantly surprised just by the initial greeting via the drive-thru intercom system! KUDOS to the shift supervisor who processed my order, as now, I will return to patronize this particular location! My only disappointment was that this establishment never has jelly...strange. Excellent or great customer service makes all the difference and in so many ways for customers!
