Recently moved into the area with my family, love this place, pop in for a coffee most days, my daughter loves there sprinkle donuts. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is chilled. Keep up the good work guys.

Where "fresh" stands for FRESH!
Nowadays it's becoming pretty difficult to find good quality, fresh bread and pastry. Well, Bake Out Lancing is one of the places where you still can. All they offer is freshly prepared for the day. I know that as at the end of the day they pack and give away via 2good2go all the unsold pastry and breads to locals.
Tip - try their sourdough bread, especially the one with seeds is just sooo good!

Clean, ultra smart bakery and small cafe. Limited amount of tables and choice but smells divine as the baking is done on the premises and all products are fresh and available.

The best rolls I've ever eaten. However, charging extra for non-dairy milk in coffee really isn't good in this day and age. Would be great to not be penalised for not consuming dairy items.
