Had a couple steers processed two years ago, great. This year terrible! Totally changed the process. No ageing, can't choose our cuts, can't divide in halves, gave us the run-around with our processing date as well. Do not recommend anymore. Becoming to commercial!

This place is fantastic - their product is delicious, and what they are doing for the Kentucky farming community is so important. Everything they sell is pasture raised and grass fed within miles of the processing facility.

I loaded here. With a 337" wheelbase and 53' reefer. It was a little tight. People were friendly and introduced themselves by name and a handshake..Got to love the KY state
