Pizza Hut

Terrible experience. The location was closed, but unknown to customers. I placed an order on the phone, got a time for my carry out and cost. So, I went to pick it up and no one was there and doors were locked. I called again and some guy said oh hold on, I’ll call you back in a moment while I’m standing in the cold for 5 minutes, he never called. So I call again, and told them I have a carry out and the guy says oh sorry someone messed up, that location is closed. Even though online STILL says it is open, and people are taking orders via this 3rd party call center. Chaos. I have called prior weeks too and they were closed on a Friday night at dinner.

The past several times ive ordered there has been items not given when i messaged the person he said he would bring it back to me never did or wrong item given upgraded to cheese sticks and didnt get and also product out of what i ordered. I did get refund for fries and wings time before that. Long wait times due to other location down for remodling and waiting 60-90 min to get order even though online said different delivery time of 45 min. I have always loved this location but the past 4 months not so much.

I mean it's Pizza hut, come on what else do you really need to know. The two pizzas I ordered were done in 15 minutes and when I picked them up they were piping hot and made exactly the way I asked for. I got two large pizzas with three toppings plus extra cheese for about 12 or $13 less than I would have got a single Pizza of lesser value delivered to me by one of the competitors. Pizza hut was always a childhood favorite from many people and as an adult the allure still seems to draw us in. Pizza hut might not be able to build you a home or fix your car but they can for dang sure make you a good pizza. 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕

Have employees that will actually make the food that you ordered and call the customer if you are out of something. This has happened the last two times I have ordered. I call in to make sure they got my order and they say yes. Then when order gets to me I am missing things. Its not right and I was charged for it all. Horrible customer service.
