Well we ordered on the phone and she said 30mins. Got there and wasn’t done Got our order wrong and over cooked chicken wings. Also they need to change there grease no reason fries should look burnt but soft! Who the hell runs this place! Y’all need to clean house and start over! $40 wasted and when I call to let them know they just hurry up and put me on hold.

Was told that the food here was not good, decided to give them a chance and I regret it. I got the meal for 2 lemon pepper and buffalo boneless wings both were extremely SALTY ! And drowned in oil, got a large side of fries and were discussing they we’re salty, burnt and soggy at the end of it all I ate was 1 wing and 2 fries what a waste of $22. How are they still in business????

This is the best place i can go if I need my wings to be crispy delicious i love the new flavor hot lemon pepper and hot garlic. Staff are awesome and great management .always get good service from them really recommended anyone to Wingstop Northlake. Definitely will come back

10pc garlic Parmesan wings were great juicy and tender fried perfectly only wish I had more garlic and Parmesan to go with them

The staff was really working hard today, kudos to the team. With that being said the wings and thighs I ordered were not good. It's not the staff's fault, I'm just not a fan of their chicken. Maybe I didn't order the right thing but the voodoo fries were pretty good.

Can't complain. The wings are always good. Service is always sweet. I always get the lemon pepper wings. They are very generous with the seasoning which I love.

If I could leave zero stars trust me I would leave zero stars. First they close at midnight, if you get there at 1130, the Haitian manger at night says their closed, my fries were so under cooked they were cold, ordered 10 wings got 8. This place isn’t good when the owner isn’t there.
