Dunkin'

I had to quit working there due to how disgusted I was at how they kept the place. The bathroom wasn't cleaned for over a week before I got there. That's just one small example. The workers would not clean anything or even attempt to. It was so nasty that after 1 day working there I never ate from there again. I must add that prior to this I was a daily regular, sometimes twice a day. It's the oldest Dunkin diner in the state and it shows. Oh, don't expect good service at all but especially don't expect it if ur anything but African-American. Just being honest.

DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve lived on Lake Shore Dr (the road behind this location) for nearly five years. After my experience with them through the years, I can tell you that This is THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATION I’ve ever been to. The management team is awful. The owner has done nothing to fix the many staffing and other issues they’ve CONSTANTLY had through the years. I WILL NEVER go to this location again unless it is under new ownership. It is sincerely the biggest joke of a business I’ve encountered. If you decided to go to this Dunkin location, be warned, there is a less than likely chance that this location will actually have what you want, or have the ability to take your money. Three separate times this week alone I have gone to this location, waited in line to order my food/drink, only to Be given some lame excuse as to why the people inside aren’t able to accommodate customer orders. This morning, at 7:30am (two and a half hours after they open) they had a handwritten sign on the window that reads…. “Only taking Mobile orders until a manager shows up to open the drawer to the register” I’ll be contacting Dunkin’ Corporate this morning. Lake Park deserves better than this.

Came in this morning 7/1/21 and specifically ordered a turkey egg and cheese croissant, and a small hot coffee. I did not receive my egg on my sandwich. I tried to call into the facility and let them know, because it was too late for me to turn around because I don’t want to be late for work. No one answers the phone…!

I've been to this location on several occasions and this time was by far, the worse service I've ever received from any establishment. For starters, drive thru was closed off and they had only three customers including myself which was a big inconvenience. We got inside and the cashier had both her airpods in and when we started ordering, she kept asking us to repeat. The location is dirty and everyone was just doing whatever.. They got my entire order wrong and I received an extra item and no manager was there to void the transaction. The young lady making the croissants was eating and all her belongings on the container... so sad

Unfortunately I have to say the worst DD around! Staff don't know what's in their menu! Two people were switched in the drive thru before I copleted my order yesterday. I was ordering just one ice latte and cream cheese bagel (very simple order I believe). Then waiting for ages and I got someone's else order, so I needed to wait on the parking lot to get my bagel. Finally one girl came and again with someone's else order. I received my order for the third time after spending almost 20min there! They are very slow, confused. I am not talking about the huge lines in drive thru caused by them. And my bagel was almost dry, no cream cheese there (the amount of cream cheese was maybe for one or two bites). I am regular customer, so I know how the bagel should be filled.

I'm not sure who the owner or Franchise owner is of this location but whoever it is needs to have the ceo or someone from the Dunkin Donuts chain come down and take over this location use to be wonderful. Now it's down the drain I've come to vist many times and each time is more worst then the next.i came in today 05/23/2022 at 7:45am no lines but one car should of seen that red flag what do you know closed. On a Monday then another time last week inside closed only drive threw ok I'll order my coffee and a bagel sorry its only 2 of us so just Donuts and coffee. Came another time waited 25mins for a coffee I put this on the poor leadership and unable to manage. You can have 1 worker or two if you can multi task and have a strong team or correct owner to come and lend a hand I've work for Dunkin in the past and never came across this. Works and teams need to be lead by example if they see the owner or area manager doesn't care then they won't eaither.

I have never seen so much dysfunction in any business. The staff was arguing with each other and cashier on the phone with personal call saying "this is so getto" and several employees just walked out .. got so bad they locked the doors and kicked all the customers like me out at 12PM 5/15/22. Unbelievable.
