I wish I could leave no stars. Drinks were terrible. Staff was rude. First time ever going to Dunkin and also the last. I’ll stick with Starbucks!

Asked for 1 cream and 1 sugar. Tried to give me 1 cream donut, and one sugar donut? Then gave me the wrong change saying she didn't see the 75 cents I gave her? Then didn't even put cream or sugar into my coffee..

Avoid the drive thru. They leave you waiting for 15 plus minutes while they help the inside customers and then refuse to wither apologize for the wait or get a manager for you

The service was awful. After placing the order the worker disappeared. Finally came back and made sandwiches. The bagel was so hard couldn't even bite through it. Asked for cream cheese and was told it would cost $4.27 for a little condiment? Seriously? My family ordered from another restaurant. Got their food and was done eating it before I even received mine.

There was a sign saying "be back in 10-15 minutes" I came inside and was able to see drive thru cameras and 5 cars came through with no order taken. That's 6 customers you lost sales on. Granted I only waited about 7 minutes...you should always have two employees to help.cover breaks and other needs. No reason to lose out on sales from valued customers.

Been waiting over 25 minutes. This Dunkin Donuts it's in a place where has a lot of volume of people and truck drivers and people traveling you should have more than one person closing if you have to go to the bathroom and had no backup people winning on ball drive-thru and inside. This is poor service.

I ordered coffee with sugar, and got just regular coffee and no sugar. I understand that mistakes do happen, but when this happens over and over that's an issue. When I asked the cashier to reassure that I was getting sugar with my coffee she said I was, only to find out later in the car that it was not. This place is not worth your business, go somewhere else.
