Edge Maui

I saw this place online , the photos were so amazing I drove all the way to the other side of the island to try it. I was a bit confused by this place there is no menu, apparently it's just what ever they are cooking that day, so you'll have to be upfront and ask. If the owners are listening a dry erase board or chalk board with what's cooking today and the prices might get you some more customers from passer-bys. I got the fried chicken plate with gravy and grilled veggies. Came with a scoop of rice. I was disappointed nothing was seasoned chicken (which was almost all breading) or veggies and the gravy was bland and tasted like the stuff in the jar. The lady infront of me gave an astounding tip, and said everything there way always amazing. So I think I will give them a second chance next time I'm out that way and check if I was wrong and write a new review.

Someone recommended we try this food truck and we are so glad we did. The food was excellent. The chicken katsu was very tasty. The beef in the beef stew was so very tender. You will love it. The egg rolls were great and perfectly cooked. Parking was great because it is off the main streets and very easy to park. We are trying to figure out how we can make time for another meal here before we return home to the mainland. Try these guys out. You will not be disappointed. Awesome food!

Today, for the first time, I visited Edge Maui. I saw on their menu before Chili and Rice, so today that's what I was ‘ono for. On the top of the menu today is Ono in White Lemon Butter. Hō ka ‘ono!! It was so good all the way around. I am a gravy and rice girl. I mean any sorta gravy, even au jus sauce. The sauce was whoa good!! My tummy is very happy 🤩
