Mcdonald's

I do not eat McDonald’s often and if so, it is usually because I am craving their breakfast. I came to this specific location, we waited in the drive thru line for an hour just to get to the order screen. Mind you, there’s two lanes for the order screen so that the lines can move through fast. Another 15 minutes go by after we get our order taken and we have not moved to the pay window yet. Once we have finally paid and get to the window for our food, I check to make sure everything is there. Lady at the window was somewhat nice but no explanation as to why it took almost an hour and thirty for fast food. So, when we get home, I opened my meal and I had ordered a Crispy Chicken Biscuit and paid for it however they gave me a Mcchicken biscuit instead! So, I paid more money for something I received. I am extremely disappointed and will not go back to this location! But if you like waiting in line for over an hour for “fast food” and getting something you did not pay for then this is the right place for you!

Asked for a hot coffee with French vanilla and they gave me a cold coffee. Then corrected them on the order and the drive thru assistant started cussing saying “I ain’t dealing with this shit” and gave me a cold coffee without ice!!!!! Unbelievable- she should be terminated even if short staffed. She is ruining the reputation of a good company!! Needs to shut down for a week to teach proper customer service skills!!!

Terrible customer service. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes on my lunch break. Finally, after I had 10+ cars waiting behind me I asked if they were ready to take my order. Then and only then did the worker let me know that they "weren't taking drive thru orders today". If that were the case then you need to have the drive thru blocked off, or at the very least have a sign posted.

It was clean and the dining area which was really nice, The people that were taking the order behind the counter they were very friendly We could describe what we needed and wanted and they were attentive eager to help us and they engaged by smiling and being friendly, bathrooms are really clean too I had a good experience
