My wife and I went to Taco Bell in LaGrange ,GA on 5/24 at 6pm.
We went inside. It was dirty with one employee asleep on one of the tables. There were 5 folks behind the counter - no one worked the register. They made us use the Kiosk so we could not ask any questions- sorta like pumping our own gas.......
It took a while but we completed our order and the "food" was ready in a timely matter. BUT.....the food was all cold and STALE and only 1/2 portions!
The little cups of cheese we ordered were less than half full, the chicken soft tacos had only 2 pieces of chicken and a small scattering of lettuce bits, and the tortillas tasted and felt 3 days old (stiff, brittle, and cracked).
For 3 orders, me, my wife, and we also had a to go order for our son, it was almost $40. I understand the prices going up but the bad food and lack of service were terrible!!!!!
No employees looked happy to be there unlike Chic-Fila where all employees are always smiling and eager to help customers and you feel welcomed. We felt like we were intruding that evening.
I grew up loving Taco Bell but this ruined us, We won't be back.

Left one item off my mobile order and the 3 chalupaz shells were hard and looked like they hadn't been cooked long enough. Made my neighbor sick the next day. But when I called I got passed through 3 different people before finally getting the manager. The first three were polite one was going to put my name on a list to get the items replaced although I just wanted it reimbursed onto my account. Because how fair is it that I have already spent time, money for food and gas to go get the food and because they can't do the job and follow simple instructions now you expect me to pay for more gas and spend more time to come get the items you messed up and left off my order to begin with. Customer service 101 when you do actually mess up make it worth it to the customer to come get it. I have worked for taco bell in the past and I can tell you it's not that hard a job but Noone is perfect but my manager would have not tolerated the lack of careing that this staff has. The manager was the last person I talked to and she wanted me to not only come get it she wanted me to have my neighbor and myself save the chalupas in our fridge and take time off work to bring them to her in the morning just to have them replace when I asked if she was serious she became hateful and hung up. Like I am wanting to tip you off for what maybe 15 dollars. Taco bells customer service especially at this location is down right disrespectful and unforgivable. This is not the first time I have had trouble from this store. And not that it matters to this store or to the corporate structure of taco bell but I will not be visiting this location again. Sad thing is I can remember when, like alot of other companies one customers business and happiness with the place actually mattered. But seems as those days are gone and that isn't a good thing.

4 walk in families waited 20 +min for food. Staff took care of 5 drive through order before they took care of walk in orders. Why ? They should take turns .I know they may be short staffed but I'm on 25 minutes now and no food yet. I'm hungry

took literally forever to get our food then they completely forgot my part of the order. my dads quesadilla was (purposefully) smushed and my drink size was incorrect. the employees are lazy and on their phones most of the time.

This is supposed to be the Doritos taco, this is the worst taco ever, that cause all the order was horrible.

Quick, friendly service. However, the drive through was closed and the staff seemed like they were unsure of what came with each product I ordered. I believe it was because of a new guy behind the counter. I don't fault him at all. I ended up having no issues with my order, mainly because the others making my meal were genuinely concerned with making it correctly, just as I wanted it (no onions).

I ordered a box of tacos. They had special instructions. They did not get my order right, and nobody in my house would eat them, but I did not notice until I got home. I couldn't even find a phone number to call them so I had to call another Taco Bell to get that phone number and then when I did call them nobody would answer. I did end up leaving an email. I realize people make mistakes and it's easy to do in the restaurant industry, but it's understandable that the mistake should be fixed. But it seems this Taco Bell cares not. Oh well.
