Papa Johns Pizza

We are staying at Hampton's Inn on Willis Circle and had a chicken barbecue pizza delivered. Absolutely delicious! This was the best Papa John's pizza I have had in a long time. The driver was on point. He called to let me know he was here. We were already waiting outside. He went above and beyond his job. The driver made sure to add cups, plates, and napkins to our bag. Thank you so much for you fast and friendly service. You guys made our night easy and less messy. We always forget to bring paper plates with us. So thank you so much! I wish I would have gotten the driver's name, he is one that cares about the customers.

Ordered ONE xl large meatzza pizza and used my $10 papa rewards credit waited an HOUR just for the driver to get here and tell me that he didn’t have my order and didn’t realize until he got to my house which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard , asked him what was the point of even coming to my house if he didn’t even have the order and he stated that he and another driver closed out my ticket at the same time and the other driver had it which is utterly insane , called in only to be told I’d have another 30 min wait and all they offered was a drink!!! And here it is two hours later and I still don’t have my food !!! definitely notifying their corporate office at this very moment to communicate their inability to rectify situations that are caused by their own employees !!!!! Absolutely horrible service never ordering from them again. I’d rather order pick up only at the papa johns across town !!!!!

Placed an order in the store and told the cashier I had to run to another store while it's cooking. She assured me it would be done in 15-20 min. I go run my errand and come back 30mins later and they havnt even started it. Had to wait an additional 30min. No reason for that to happen. Order with caution.

I opt for papa John's on a regular because everytime I call dominos noone ever answers I'll be one the phone for 20 minutes and I know you think why stay on the phone that long anyway but after 10 minutes you think hell I want them to answer now to tell them how unprofessional this is. Papa John's always answers and if perfect everytime.
