Mcdonald's

Grandson had a code for a free large French fry, and we ordered 2 mcflurries. Lady at the window had no clue how to charge us. Had to get a manager. We were charged 7.88 (3.59×2 + tax) for what looked like a child's mcflurry. 1 of them came with black hair on the cup. Didn't eat any of it as we don't know what's on the inside. Will not ever go back. Disgusting. No one in my family has black hair.

I order through the drive through each time I visit and usually for something very simple. In the past, I ordered a large sweet tea half ice. 👈🏽 easy order but only to get a large unsweetened tea with either no ice or full ice. I'm not even going to list the rest of the mistakes this place has made on easy orders. This is by far, THE ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's in the franchise! If you say spoon, they'll give you a fork. (Figure of speech)

I ordered a large coke and they gave me a large Dr Pepper. Can’t even get a drink order correct, and my cup was not even filled to the top. My daughter got a coke and it only had 3 pieces of ice in it. Employees are mostly kids who have never been taught that they shouldn’t serve a product that even themselves will not be happy with.

We frequent this establishment and I have to say that they're probably one of the most consistent McDonald's around Middle Tennessee. I can only think of two occasions in the last three years were they messed up our order and I can only think of maybe a handful of times where the line was moving slower than expected. They seem to be very consistent in that to me is fantastic

The dine in completely sucks. It took forever for someone to even take my order. And they was not busy at all. Then i see they took the fountain machine out. Odd but whatever. Then i am looking everywhere for a highchair for my one year old and let me tell you they don't have high chairs or boosters of any kind. So this dine in is extremely difficult. And the food isnt terrible but the buns were a tad hard.

As many of you know I am very fair in my critique of restaurants. However, today I will be fair but brutally honest. Going back about two weeks ago my husband and I went through the drive thru at the McDonald's in Lafayette . After waiting 15 minutes in the designated waiting area we were given the wrong order. We gave the wrong order back to them and after waiting 10 more minutes my husband had to finally go in to check on it. They didn't have any idea about our order so we had to show them our receipt. Fast forward to today.... we decided to give them another chance., the service was normal. However, this is the last time we will eat at this McDonald's. First of all my chicken biscuit fell apart and there was a long brown hair inside and my husband had egg shells in his egg mcmuffin. End of story!
