The service was fine. They were prompt and friendly. The prices are good. I understand that things happen. I myself do not like a lot of toppings on my sandwich. I ordered a Classic Italian. I wanted the meats and cheese. But I only wanted onions in terms of vegetables. I told them this, and they asked some questions to confirm, including, “Is cheese okay?” I said yes, to include the cheese. My sandwich didn’t have any cheese. Other than that, it was fine.

Fast and friendly service is what you will get when you dine at this place. I ordered the Black Angus Steak and it was fresh, hot, and had a spicy/tangy sauce. So this is the 4th time I've attempted to get an order correct from your store. I was supposed recieve a Turkey avocado Bacon sandwich, (which also includes sweet peppers) but there is no avacado, Bacon or peppers anywhere on my sandwich. We called to request a refund after getting all the way home with our order and the lady proceeded to tell us that we had to drive all the way back, because she's "too busy to look up my order". I literally just paid $12.00 for bread, lettuce, tomatoes and Turkey. Your customer service sucks, I've tried going back and giving you guys another chance, but this is ridiculous. You have lost a loyal customer.
