Wings Etc.

Food was good. First time in a Wings Etc. Liked the decor...music was acceptable level, T-shirts are hilarious. Would go back. Nachos were good but not large enough for 4 as the menu suggests. Server was a Debbie Downer. Asked what city we were in and she said Lafayette, trash city. Didn't know the menu...Caribbean jerk wings that she said were not that hot....was slow on refills...got mine after finishing. She also sort of hanged over the customers by the back of the seat partition from behind...too close, back off.

The food was great. The wings were perfectly crispy, and the sauces were amazing. That's to be expected. What we didn't expect was the incredible service. We showed up right about 12 pm. The waiter, Mercer, was a riot. Hilarious and funny, he also seated us and took our order before even clocking in. Checked on us regularly, got my wife a coffee fresh just for her, and made the whole experience fantastic. His beer selections for me were right on the mark! We will be back for the great wings, but also just for him.

Really bad service again. Food was great and came out quick. But server only came to take order and bring food. Waited for 15 minutes to ask for a box, went to bar to ask for help, and finally walked out. Left cash on the table for the total. I'm not quick to say I won't go back, but I won't. Too many times I've had bad service. Update: The owner provided a comment below with an email address to contact about a remedy. After emailing twice, there was no response. While we are always thankful for a post, posting in this way without a return answer almost makes the problem even worse.

I just ordered through door dash and called them because I did not receive all of my order. They told me I would have to come pick up my missing items or be credited... then the manager hung up on me. When I called back, he wouldn’t even get on the phone and made someone else talk to me. Now I am told that I need to call door dash to dispute and get a refund... very unprofessional and I will not be ordering from the again. I videoed the conversation and I am sending it to corporate. This is rediculous! I do not recommend! My ribs came with no bbq sauce and I did not get my side! I got plain box of ribs... and paid for delivery.

I love Wings Etc. I have been eating there since they opened their first store in South Bend. It breaks my heart that this location is so bad. Good luck getting any service there. And the food is NO WHERE near the quality that I used to enjoy in South Bend. We've been there several times where the staff egnored us to the point that we got up and left. I work hard for my money. I'm not about to BEG the staff at this location to take it from me. We have always been treated well at the Meijer location. I'll drive the extra miles for those who appreciate my business.
