Overall not satisfied and will never return to inside of this Dairy Queen grill &chill ..from the start the parking lot was full of trash and most of it was there own cups and lids ..I was the only customer and the cashier didn't seem to be very pleased to be at work ..the food was great hot and fresh but the service and condition of this establishment is not how Dairy Queen should be operating! Floors super sticky hospitality zero ..

People working front were nice above and beyond in customer service. Took quite a bit to get the meals and they accidentally charged us for an extra sandwich. But the order was correctly made even with the extra sandwich, and watching them interact nicely with the kids and families was wonderful! My son enjoyed it very much!

Clearly they were understaffed. The dining room was dirty and the floor was so sticky. There was liquid coming out of the main trash can by the soda machine. Maybe the staff could close the dining room and be drive thru only? Customers were grumbling about them being slow. Not everyone was understanding about there only being a few workers behind the counter, doing the best they could. However, the food was tasty!

Very nice people. Managers are lucky to have such nice employees. The lady said her daughter liked the dirt pies too (what I ordered) I said they were very good. Especially with the gummies. The lady had whoever throw extra gummies 😆 ❤️ thank you so much to the kind drive thru lady and the people in the back making the yummies for my dad and I. They went above beyond in customer service and very friendly people.

I have had ice cream theme cake's made to order the past two yrs in Lafayette Indiana off old 231 I dealt with a worker by the name of Tanner he displayed the best work ethics I'd seen in awhile, he should be promoted. A wonderful experience, I'll be back🎂💯👍

We waited in line for a half hour they were out of chocolate ice cream and then was served the wrong item definitely not gonna go back to get it right after waiting so long to get served. good thing what we got served wrong still fit our craving.

Ordered two misty slushes poolside punch mediums there’s barley any slush and they didn’t give us mediums Ik bc I came a few days again and got the same thing and the cups were bigger and they forgot the straws

Very Slow. It took me almost 15 minutes to get my food. Employees standing around and no one came to the window to apologize until she gave me my food. At one point they disappeared from my view! And Management was on his phone!
