Mcdonald's

Super fast even during morning breakfast rush, and fast and fresh. Hate it when you go and you can tell they over-prepped and you get stale biscuits or cold sausage. Having worked at McD's in my teens, most of the bad rap stores may get come from employees not following Standard Operating Procedures for how much to cook/when to throw it out. They got it on point here!

Only complaint is the drive through line stays long. I do not eat McDonalds anymore - accept for this location. It’s consistently correct and good to actually eat. It is the standard that every McDonalds should be but unfortunately very few of them are this good. Kudos to the management and team because that’s the real reason that this place is good. The people that run it - they care therefore their product is good. At least for me.

I recently as of 6/19 went and made an order. They are usually wonderful. They are usually the best in town. However Thas time for the second time, I got a party on my burger that was raw. The first time is pink but not where I could not eat it. This time it was raw. I called and spoke with the manager, super nice guy. I let him know, and I drove back and got a new burger. The manager even checked it for me to make sure it was done right and cooked to the high standards McDonald's corporate had for the food. I'm sad to see this happening. This is a problem happening a lot of places not just her where it shows many employees don't care anymore. Maybe in just getting old or a different generation now. It showed the manager cared, but his employees don't.
