I’ve come here everyday for 3 months. I’ve never experienced such rudeness from staff, 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 5 people in the line up, and if you order anything but a double double they get it wrong. Every time. I will drive the extra few minutes to ladysmith from now on. Do better.

Service with a smile, always friendly staff. Definitely my favourite South Island Tim Hortons! All those bad reviews musT have never gone to any of the Duncan timmies

Came in on April 23rd at 1150 all staff looked like they were forced to be there and they messed my order up I was so livid as I had already waited 10 mins for 3 ice caps and bacon cheddar melt ( which they screwed up) and my husband's sandwich was messed up as well. The bathrooms were also the nastiest I've ever encountered. Won't be back

I am a regular here and service is always friendly however recently Aalivah has served me with zero customer service skills ,as a customer can I suggest putting her in a spot she will be much happier at?

Terrible customer service at drive thru. People should not work in the service industry if you cant bring yourself to be friendly and courteous.

LOVE THIS TIM HORTONS. A must stop along the TCH whether you’re headed up or down the island. Conveniently located next to a gas station and super friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend.
