I went here religiously, racked up enough points for like 80 free taquitos. So they switched to a phone system for rewards. And refuse to uphold my points that I account for years. This store is a scam. The manager promised he'd take care of it. Horrible people, they lie to you, and it's a double redundant. The number you have to call doesn't even work. Garbage customer service. I called about it and they hung up on me.

I am not a conosseuir of 7- eleven however this one is right on the corner near my house so a convenient stop. The employees at this location make the store. They are always friendly and helpful. Never complain and always willing to help. The store is clean and fully stocked.

Wallet fell from my car when I was pumping gas at 6 am empty parking lot. Tried checking to see if it was there around 1:30 pm. They said they didn’t have a wallet. Called them after frantically searching my vehicle (I had not left the vehicle since getting gas) and could not locate it. Called them again at 2:09 and asked for wallet. They said they had it within 10 minutes I was getting my wallet in person. I requested the footage or license plate number of whoever returned my wallet because over $400 was taken from it and I wanted to file a report for the police, this was the last of my paycheck and it was meant to cover my rent. They became defensive and hostile and spent nearly five minutes in the back room ignoring me. Once they returned they said they could not give me any of that information without having a police report and case number. So I immediately called the police department to file a report and get a case number. Once the police were dispatching an officer the manager left. Hopefully my footage isn’t deleted by tomorrow when the police arrive.
This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at this location. I am a nearly daily customer at this location and have been for three years.

I love the girl who is always working when I come here. I wish i grabbed her name because this review is seriously because she is always smiling, remembers you and always dances to her country music. The store is always clean and I seriously started driving the extra few miles just to come here cause of the service received. (She is a short young blonde girl who looks really young) but amazing customer service.

Slurpee machine was broken in 2 slots - no lids out. No straws out. 1 employee with green hair - ran into the back as soon as we and another group of customers came in. Got upset when we asked about lids. Was dismissive when told about broken machine. I wouldn't bother.

the red head with short hair and glasses is slow and messes up orders all the time. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting. People left due to no hot food.
