THE WORST customer service at a convenient store!! Bought a ‘Premium’ car wash for $12. Pulled into the wash but forgot to pull my mirrors in to avoid brush damage. Before the wash started, I immediately backed out several feet and pulled the mirrors in. The car wash then completely shut down, and I was unable to proceed. Upon asking the attendant to restart or a new code, they gave me a $9 ‘Deluxe’ wash. When I inquired why I didn’t get a premium wash, the attendant explained that it was my fault that the wash turned off before any water hit the body of my vehicle, therefore, I do not get a premium wash. Not even one drop hit the body of my vehicle, only those undercarriage jets when I pulled in. After much debate, I was left with being stuck with a lesser wash than I paid for. I was told that I was ‘lucky’ (he says) that I even get any wash retry because it was my fault. I have been coming to this 7-eleven / Shell station for a while now, but will never go there again. Despicable. ‘Nickel and dime’ a customer for $3?! What a joke!

Coffee was rancid this is the second time I've gone to this establishment and got bad coffee. I will not be returning to the establishment. Every 7-Eleven store that I've gone to always have fresh coffee regardless what time it is.

Always a million people outside, can rarely find parking. And then you're bombarded by homeless people asking for change.
Selection is usually meager.
