The staff is lovely. Very friendly, but not pushy. They also take time to notice little things about your character. My most recent of several visits to this location I wore an antique hat and it was positively commented on by the staff. Little things like that truly create a "down-home" kind of vibe. Especially amongst the well tended knick knacks and cheerful locals. Lastly, the food was very well prepared. Nothing super fancy, just good classic Americana. In short, I truly enjoyed my time here and will be visiting again soon.

Love this place. The food menu is great, a few things are a bit pricey but unique (shrimp cocktail). The soup of the days pretty good and always changing, as is the desserts and such. Aside from that a clean, open, and large space so definitely not a "dive" like most in the area. But good fair pricing, with all the expected or typical alcohol accomodations and choices with competitive pricing matching that of other options. A good choice for a variety of functions from grabbing a bite to party all night.
