This location is clean. The staff is very friendly. But you have to check every order to be sure you got all your items. They have a habit of telling you what you want and if you order it differently they did not hear you and it will be wrong. The food is always excellent.

It takes 20 minutes for a single car to move up, and people leave the line constantly. I don't have time in my day to sit for 2 hours waiting on food. BRING BACK YOUR BUFFET, OR MAKE THE DRIVE THRU FASTER!!

I tried the $10 Colonel Sandwich meal with (Highly Over Seasoned Fries) (Overcooked Macaroni & Cheese) (Sloppy Coleslaw) and a flat Pepsi. However, the Colonel Sandwich itself is the best Fast Food chicken sandwich on the market.

Well ... All I can say is ... There was a reason everyone was coming to this place thru the drive thru. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting for food to be ready while drive thru customers got priority. Won't be back

Went to get something to eat and is out of chicken and coleslaw never fresh and old and they do not close until 10 pm tonight rude employees do not come here bad food

Well I ordered a big family meal, sixteen pieces, didn't get that only got 12 pieces. Was very disappointed in the quality. Didn't even get a hole chicken. Mostly skinny wings, was supposed to get 2 each sides, just got one each taters and gravy, coleslaw. Taters wasn't enough of anything. Family went away hungry and it costed me over $40 dollar's. I am not very happy about that. I love KFC. But pick up order wasn't what I ordered. I was very disappointed in the meal. Soggy chicken ,to much vinegar in the slow. Taters and gravy cold. Wouldn't take online order either. Don't understand why they have online discounts, if you can't use them. KFC , LaFollette Tennessee. Get it together, for I wasted my money. The meal was awfully costly and I didn't get what I ordered. Wasn't enough food either. Stop loading up on the skinny wings. No meat on them. !!

Food was hot fresh and ready to go it tasted amazing. Staff was friendly polite and very courteous will definitely be back.

Be aware they do not allow you done in the dining area which we didn't realize untile we received our order after we said we would be dining there. They did have a sign on the door. I think it is more of a cost savings than related to COVID. I am not from LaFollette so I was not aware that it was such a hot bed. The chicken was tasted like old cooking oil and greasy
