I would put no stars if that was a option! I order #6 meal 20piece nugget. I was told they were going to be cooked fresh to pull up. In less than to minutes they bring me out raw nuggets! I pull back to drive through the young lady was very apologetic but (Donna) was not very rude in regards to the issue! Worst experience ever and the sad part was it was 12am in the morning and they was not busy.

The manager lady named Patti is the greatest, and most helpful fast food manager I've ever had the opportunity to speak with. She resolved the mix up on my order with grace, even though the store was very busy. I must say, her friendliness truly made my day and I have been riding on the happy emotion ever since. And that was just what I needed, since I was going thru a spout of depression. We need more people like her in the world!!! 😁💞

This location is responsible for at least the worst two Krystal's experiences I have ever suffered through, but my most recent visit was nothing short of infuriating. We were interrupted during our order for repetitive questions (we even altered the second part of our order to make it easier because of the horrible miscommunications). The same employee that could not properly relay our order then had the nerve to attempt humor when I dropped my wallet in the car while attempting to pay the nearly $16 for two meals. We made it home (less than 3 minutes away), and were immediately dumbstruck by the poor quality of our order. I had ordered 3 Chiks plain and the one I chose from the bag was slathered in mayonnaise. I choked it down and that was about as far as I made it, because when I opened the first Krystal burger, I found both buns soaked in gray grease. I called and was offered a replacement meal, but was not at all interested. I then drove back to the restaurant and stood, waiting for several minutes to be acknowedged. I then left the entire bag, minus one Chik and a few fries, informing the employee (the same from both the drive-thru AND the phone call) that I would not be back and that I would prefer if they put it in their trash can rather than taking it home to foul up mine. Drive an extra ten minutes and visit another location. This restaurant is a terrible representation of the brand. UPDATE: A manager called, not quite a week later. She apologized and said she would review footage and look into the matter. Not exactly worth sixteen bucks or a second chance, but at least they are making steps forward, I suppose.

16 minutes I feel is too long for 1 sackful and 1 order of wings and then when we get our order 4 burgers have stail buns on 1 side and 3 others the meat was dry & dark around edges. We were the only car in DT and they had 4 customers dine in line. Just rediculous. Something like this happens everytime I think itll be ok.....NOT because the next day was not pleasant for me & my stomach didn't appreciate it either.

I will never eat here again. I stopped by here yesterday to eat lunch. I went through the drive-thru I ordered a number two. My total came to $7 and 96 cents. I gave the cashier $23 a $20 bill 2 one dollar bills and I dollar in change three quarters two dimes and a nickel. My change back should have been 15.04. The cashier got mad at me because she can't count change back. After telling me that my change was $14 she finally gave me a $10 bill and a $5 bill (which is why I gave her $23 instead of just 20)but decided to keep the $0.04 for herself. She handed me my food refuse to give me a receipt and then shut the window. With service that rude I won't be back.

The manager that was here the few times I been here had the audacity to bad mouth me to other customers and employees right in front of me, because I'm homeless and when I'm lucky enough to have someone buy me a meal I pick this place because it's cheaper than anything else close. The service is ridiculously slow no one at drivethu, .and I was the only customer at the time, when I finished my drink and went to get a refill , I stood there for a good 5 minutes while she clearly made eye contact several times, and took the people's who had walked in while I was standing and served them before having another employee get my refill instead of her. I'll never spend my own money or have someone else spend thiers, I would rather die of starvation.
