Dunkin'

Not only do they mess up a Latte and a simple hot coffee with 9 and 9 they also do stuff like this! Then refused to remake the latte and refused to refund me! A blue hair in my latte, and over cooks the hash browns so you can barely eat them. I've only been here 5 times and they mess up every time! I also would like to add I'm clearly not the only person who feels this way! See for yourself!

Good service when walking in. The drive through can be very slow during busier times. Wish they had the separate line for mobile orders like other Dunkin's do. Better to walk in during those times. I've waited literally 25 minutes in the drive through for my mobile order and won't be doing that again anytime soon! I'll be 🚶‍♀️in!

Pretty much like every other dunkin. Except this one really needs to learn how to shake up/mix their energy punch as everytime i order all the syrup is in the bottom. Also wish they made it with the white monster instead of the green. Always wanted to ask if I supplied the monster if they would but then again i would be the losing as I would be paying 5 dollars and be supplying the most expensive part of the drink.

The women who took my order at the drive thru was extremely rude I asked for a moment to look at the menu and to consult my fiancé to see what he wanted and she let out a huge “ughhhhhhhhhh” and when I had told her I was ready about a minute later she gave me an attitude asked me what I wanted and I placed my order I heard her say something and I asked what was that and she rudely informed me “I’m not talking to you” so I pulled up to the window to pick up my order and she wouldn’t even come take my payment untill someone told her to and on top of that rudely told us to go find parking and that are food would be out needless to say won’t be eating here for awhile

Always quick service at this particular location. Perfect toasting of my bagel! Here’s a hint though if you would like a cup of ice water you need to specify tap water otherwise they’ll be handing you a two dollar plus bottle of Poland Spring at the window. Loved to drive up and speak to someone so friendly and nice. We saw a new pumpkin drink and had questions which he was able to tell us about the new drink so we'll, we ordered two large Pumpkin Spice Lattes. They were so delicious and I was shocked at their large size cups when, he handed them to us! We will be back again for sure.
