Tim Hortons

The worst customer service experience ever. The manager/shift in charge Melissa has a lot of attitude while taking order and not enough attention span to properly take the order. Made a mistake taking the order and we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get our issue fixed. Manager in charge did not even come to talk when asked to after this mishap. Never been this much disgusted of customer service experience from any Tims in Canada before. To make things worse when we sat down to eat sandwiches and beverages we had flies all around us.

I visit this Tim Hortons frequently and have always had a positive experience in the drive-thru. The line is seldom long, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the layout of the parking lot is convenient. There are two entrances which make getting in and out of this location at peak times of day much easier than other Tim Hortons restaurants around the city.

I am not sure if there has been a change in ownership recently but it looks like the values have shifted from the customer satisfaction. I used the drive through last week and forgot to order a beverage. I attempted to order it at the window while paying and the young woman told me know as it would affect “her time” and to come inside, to which I replied that customer satisfaction should come before your time/performance. The co worker then told her that it’s not a problem and made the beverage. Today I drove in the drive thru at 5:45am and the person claimed she could not hear me and screamed for me to speak louder. I then just pulled up and they had my order correct. The lady on the speak then approached the window and stared me down. It was unnecessary as she was not delivering the food. Rubbed me the wrong way…super weird.
