Tim Hortons

The drive-thru window lady that is there in the mornings on Monday-Friday is super rude. Never says a simple hello or have a great day. Always argues that you said the order wrong and not their team. I honestly will be going to a different Tim’s or even the Starbucks just to get some good customer service.

Nothing wrong with food. Bad service though. I went here on a Sunday morning around 745. I placed my order without issue and When I got to the window I was asked how I’d like to pay. I told her I’d use a gift card. As I was finding my phone app she asked again. I repeated myself and held out the card. She grabbed the card and swiped it. And starting to hand things through my car window. Very pushy, not polite at all. No customer service. I have noticed this at many drive through windows in the past 5 years. I realize they are all focused on time and not service but some customer service would be nice.

I really don’t take time to give reviews but I really felt this time I should because of the people working here on night shifts. The guy who took the order was rude and didn’t care how we feel. And after we paid and was waiting in the window for handing over the coffee he kept the coffee on the window and started talking to another guy inside. And we were waiting for him to hand it over. There was an incident before but I didn’t give any review because I don’t like this sort of things. That day the guy in line infront of me in drive thru got angry and left after the ordering screen through the exit route right after the screen and I had an experience which was really bad . That too was on night shift. But I must say I love coming to this place during morning and day time because the people working are awesome . The night shift was on March 5

Probably one of the worst Timmies in KW. The staff are not friendly, constantly seem stressed regardless as to whether or not they have a bunch of customers there, the cookies are always ROCK SOLID and food/orders take forever to be distributed. The drive through is always wrapped around their entire building with no goal of executing orders in a timely manner. If you’re needing to grab some Timmies in the morning before work give yourself at least 30 minutes if you have no other option but to come here.
