Euphoria

Euphoria was such a wonderful place. Tokyo was our server both nights (we requested her the second night), and she made sure our experience was top notch. She was the sweetest, most accommodating server we've ever had! The conch fritters she suggested were what brought us back the second night! We had such a great time!

Had lunch today at the bar with Jaime and it was absolutely delicious! She let us pick her brain on the local area, what her favorite thing to order on the menu was and concocted a delicious Bacardi drink for us on the fly! She’s an absolute gem and we can’t wait to come back. Unfortunately we ate everything too quickly before taking a photo but will definitely be back!

Had a good time at this restaurant, but expected more. We sat at the bar and waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come over. For a while we didn’t even see any employees in there. It didn’t even seem that busy, and only the lounge was open, not even the full restaurant yet. Our waitress finally came to greet us and take drink orders. She was very nice and apologized for the wait. It seemed like she was the only server working there for a while. She brought our drinks after a few minutes, which were great. The food took about a normal amount of time to come out and everything was really good. I got the wagyu burger and truffle fries, and my wife got the fried arancini. The atmosphere was nice and pretty clean, but it didn’t seem very lively. There was no background music playing on the speakers so it was a little odd because it was very quiet. They also had the news on the bar tvs, which we thought, for a chill beach themed resort was a very weird choice. There was a small stage for live music, but that didn’t start until 7, which seemed pretty late for a resort lounge. We had a good time. The drinks, food, and server were all great. Just as far as atmosphere and vibe, for a Margaritaville resort, we expected it to be a bit more fun.

Sadly, we only had Brunch here. If the breakfast is this good then I can only imagine how delicious dinner and lunch would be. AVOCADO TOAST - this was easily the best avocado toast I've ever had! It's mostly the same ingredients that other places use but for some reason it tasted so much better, I think it might be the honey balsamic as most people use just balsamic... CRAB EGGS BENEDICT Served with breakfast potatotes - I never thought to have crabs in the benedict! This is so good! The hostess seemed a bit new to the position, we waited longer than we should have since there were plenty of tables. She seems to have gotten hung up on some takeout orders... But once seated our waiter was excellent! Very cheery, friendly and helpful.

We had the best Christmas Eve dinner here and it was the best food we ever had!!! The lobster Mac and cheese is out of this world!!! The steak was amazingly cooked to perfection, the appetizers like the Gran arcinici and the calamari was the best ever!!!! The food absolutely superb! The drinks are even down to a science! They roast the anise to top the amaretto - that was delish!!! The dessert was oozing sweetness and the service is the best I’ve ever experienced. The whole staff is professional, happy to serve, very polite, clean and I can’t remember the last time I had an amazing waitress like that but God Bless her!!! This should be a 10 star ⭐️ rated restaurant because all the way from top to bottom it is the best money and experience you will ever have in a restaurant!!! Can’t wait to go back for Valentines Day!!! Hats off to the chef and 10 star ⭐️ management!!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Euphoria. First off it's in a beautiful resort. There was live music, a nice atmosphere and most importantly great food and drinks. We had one snafu where an order of Seabass from the table was missed and they tried to hurry it out after realizing and it was not good at all. My daughter said it tasted like a microwave dinner, but the restaurant removed it from the order and we were able to share all of our other entrees with her. All in all I would still recommend.

Everything is amazing!!!!! The paradise shrimp is to die for! The spinach dip is the absolutely best I’ve ever tried! I’ve tried almost every entree and all of them were amazing! Also, Jamie is a sweetheart and Jay is the best bartender!!! And Santi is the sweetest!!!!! Me and my husband loved all of them! All the staff, truly. Unfortunately I don’t remember all of their names. The manager is awesome and for my husband’s happiness a Rangers fan. Me and my husband stayed in the resort for a whole week and we ate there everyday single day and/or stopped for a drink before going back to the room, and did not ever disappoint!!! The atmosphere is amazing, and the live music is amazing as well! Love this place! Will miss it, but will definitely be back!
