One of the best I've been to. Nice and cozy with fireplace both inside and out. Very friendly staff even as I caught them right at closing.

It's a Starbucks I do wish they had more outlets for me to be able to plug in my laptop and hotspot but I was able to make due

Hands down, probably one of the best Starbucks I frequent. The staff are always respectful and greet you as you walk in. I stop by so often they know my name and order. That's the kind of location they are. They know their customers by name. Even when they are super busy or they are down to one machine, they still remain calm and professional.
Once in a great while, an order may be wrong or something is missing but no one's perfect and it's not horrible enough or happen often enough to leave a bad review.
Roy, Monica, Trinity and the rest of the team (I'm a morning customer) are wonderful!

There was no line of waiting when I got there. The order and payment was seamless, and I got my drink in less than six minutes. The staff were very friendly. I was satisfied with all that I got, and how I got it.

When other places have been sold out lately this Starbucks has it. The staff is friendly and willing to engage in some banter making the experience more of an adventure. PS... The order was spot on.

The group of guys and gals are so well tuned to help us, as well as each other. The Br.Trails spot was packed, but every line moved along quickly . Sure wish they had the 8 grain rolls.
Not one shop I've been to has them anymore.
