Was a recommendation from my co workers, fantastic food! Atmosphere is good, service was fast and friendly. Spinach dip, deep fried pickles, French dip and Thai chicken wrap.

For the most part I love Copper Penny, having visited many times over many years. You haven’t lived until you’ve had their fries with a side of mayo and the service is always great. The food has become more inconsistent over the years, can be hit and miss, the burgers have a big reputation but this one was just a “meh” for me.

We went here for dinner and I must say I was not disappointed. I was craving a club sandwich and I got the Copper Penny Club it has turkey and roast beef. It was so good. I have to say that their fries stole the show though. They have a beautiful crunch with a soft delicate texture on the inside, not to mention the perfect seasoning. The fries don't need gravy, but if you're craving it trust me you'll be happy you got it.

Every time I go to the Copper Penny I am beyond impressed. Their food comes out hot, is super tasty, and is fairly priced. The staff are friendly and the manager is top notch. I will 100% return for a work lunch again soon.

We dined there 2 weeks ago. It was the 1st time. My wrap and fries were excellent. My husband was impressed as well. Fast forward to this time. We both had pasta. My husband's was just pasta. Mine was a chicken breast with pasta. The breast was delish, but both our pasta was barely lukewarm. We asked for another beer. It was poured but never arrived. We were going to a show, other wise I would have had both of the issues fixed. We will go back again, this time for burgers.

One word .. Disgusting… the meat in my wrap was processed turkey.. no flavour .. the fries were so soggy and greasy and waaaaay too much salt…I used to love the fries This used to be a not bad place to eat …. The only reason I gave one star is because It wouldn’t let me post otherwise .. really I’m giving it no stars !!!! You’ll never get another copper penny from me !

Such a great find. When we came in it was empty, by the time we left it was full. Such friendly staff, super quick service, hot and tasty food.
Next time I am in Kingston I will be back 100%.
