I had to double check that we were indeed in a fast food place. The interior was recently refurbished and it had a nice vibe. The service was very friendly and the new sweet and spicy chicken sandwich is really good. Well done!

Sign says 10am for dining room to open. Not open. Worker then said 11am they will open dining room. Bunch of people standing outside after 11am and called to asked when they were going to open, was told later! No time, just later was the response. Workers were inside cleaning tables around 10:30am. Rude! The whole lunch crowd left and went next door to McDonald's.

The persons at the drive through window need some customer service training to help with their nasty attitudes. Wouldn’t it be amazing if every fast food place like Wendy’s had their employees go through the customer service training program at Chick Fil A??

Tried the new bourbon bacon sandwich and my sister tried the sweet heat chicken sandwich. Bith were decent but damnnnn did it get expensive. $23 for 2 medium lunch combos???

Went through today, I ordered a grilled chicken Asiago ranch club, bacon was burnt and they put honey mustard on it. Ordered two oat meal bars, they were burnt and hard. Asked for replacements they said they had one left and offered a cookie to replace it or I can wait to get a fresh one that would take 13 minutes.. they take 5 minutes in the oven. I said that’s fine I’ll take the last oat meal bar and a chocolate chip cookie since I bought two oat meal bars that were burnt. They brought me out two chocolate chip cookies . 10/10 wasn’t the best experience. As I work at a Wendy’s I know how it goes. Mind you they weren’t busy. Chocolate chip cookies were not burnt !

Love there Jr bacon cheeseburgers and they have really stepped their fry game up.

Went through the drive through at 7pm, they had me pull to the side door with no one behind me. I could see at least 4 workers in the kitchen standing around goofing off while I waited for my food. Waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers and cold fries.
