Subway

The staff is slow, they do not acknowledge your existence unless you stand in front of them and bring them back to reality. They are clueless about the products they serve and keep in stock. If you have a mobile order and it says sunchips and they are out. They couldn't tell you the difference between a bag of lays original and sunchips. They will stare at you if you ask if they are sold out and say, "uhhhh if we dont have any of what you're looking for then we are out." While its literally in plain view of their eyesight. You could probably walk out with 10 bags of chips and they wouldn't notice what you're doing. I have given this 3 attempts and each time has been laughable.

Subway used to brag about their sandwhich "artists". The employees are not to blame as they make the sandwiches to what they think everyone would like vs a standardized "how you make a sandwich". They were not trained correctly. I ordered a six inch and she pulled a piece of bread out that was obviously 4 inches. (Trust me, a woman knows the difference). They key to a good sandwich is consistency, every bite is the same from beginning to end. My bread was over cooked, the girl behind counter asked annoyed in front of me who cooked the bread and still served it knowing it was under par. The smell. There is a smell that comes with this food and it's not subway smell. Employees are great. They just weren't trained properly. No one wants 8 million black olives and five lines of mayo.

The store has been renovated to protect the place like it is a prison. The staff does not greet anyone as they walk into the store or address the added wait time. I find it hilarious that the team feels it inappropriate to record when I never signed a consent form to be documented either. I never signed up to be annoyed by their emails or other advertising tactics, but they do it. The staff is not hospitable at all, even when you speak to them directly about what you want on your sandwich. I thought it was the place where I could have it my way. Why does it seem like a disagreement cause I only want cheese, but okay. Then the rest of the experience is dull & tasteless, as if me ordering what I like is a problem. It is even funnier that this particular location has an entire staff & the efficiency seems very poor. I have seen faster service from Subway stores with one employee working than this establishment.

BOYCOTT THIS PLACE! I went in this morning to grab a pizza before work but I had to use the restroom. The restroom was locked so I asked for the key. The woman behind the counter said "Oh no, we don't allow outsiders to use our bathrooms. There is a sign." I said the sign says Bathroom is for customers only. I am a customer. Then she says "Oh.." But I saw red or should I say BLACK. What makes me an OUTSIDER? Because I am black, or because unlike her I was born in the United States? Outside of what??? A lot of places treat the homeless badly here but I (don't think) I looked homeless. So yes, I cussed her out!!!! But the day before MLK day you tell me I can't use the bathroom... she lucky I didn't pull a Madea and drive through the window!! Don't give this place your money, they have ignorant employees and probably ignorant management.

Someone hacked my account and ordered food to this address. When trying to call the number of restaurant, no one answers. I had to call police to go check it out since I'm not even from or in TX. Tried to contact restaurant and online services first to fix this issue but customer service is obviously lacking. The fact fraud can't be reported on an order and there's absolutely no where to call if store doesn't answer is ridiculous. My advice would be if you have a subway app do not keep card info on there after ordering because it will not be handled the same day and I'm waiting to see if it'll be handled at all.
