Mcdonald's

After ordering on the app at 12:59pm it takes about 5 different drivers to try an collect the meals but it was never ready in the kitchen. After almost 3 hours it was cancel. I try ringing the restaurant half hour after placing my order no one picks the phone up. I call again in the night someone called marina after a long phone call reluctantly said her name even though she said she was the manager from the beginning. I have never come across someone so rude an unhelpful. I still have not received my refund or even an explanation. I did start recording the conversation because of how rude an unprofessional Marina was. Will never order from there again.

If you ask nicely they add extra bigmac sauce. For a limited time only they have old plastic straws like the ones you used to get in the 90s...with the old McDonald's logo. I was hesitant to use it at first because it's probably 25 years old...but I used it and the sprite quenched my thirst. Much better than paper straws!

The Kilburn high road restaurant is a joke. The delivery orders are far more important than the long queue of customers waiting for their food that has been sitting there ages. The poor woman behind the till was on her own taking orders, giving out orders and preparing the deliveries. The manager (I assume she was the manager) just stood there talking to her not bothering to help.

This is the worst McDonald's branch I've ever encountered. My advice is not to use this place. I purchased a breakfast porridge and noticed that it had obviously been "made" hours earlier and been left to stand. Consequently, its constitution had changed so much it was inedible. My request for a freshly made replacement was refused. This was despite pointing out the problem with this particular porridge. Indeed, I was told it was "fresh" despite it obviously not being freshly made. I have never encountered a refusal to provide me with a serving in the condition of my choosing at a McDonald's elsewhere. This franchise has a serious management problem at this branch! They need to do something about it immediately!

I ordered through just eat and I've been waiting for almost an hour and it's almost 11pm. My son of course already fell asleep. Thanks. Really great. Last time I order from Macdonalds Kilburn. I just got my order and everything is cold. Staff working at macdonalds should be ashamed of sending cold food. I will never ever order again from macdonalds Kilburn. And I'm giving 1star but for your service you deserve 0 NO stars at all! Shame on you!
