Inxpot is a cool place! I really enjoyed the elderberry croissant. The burrito was fresh and filling. Options to sit indoors or with views of the mountains! Great option for ski breakfast or for a summer adventure.

We were originally drawn in because we read that they are the home of the 4$ Irish Coffee, and now this is our go-to breakfast spot at the mountain.
The unit itself is very small and gets VERY crowded. There is a small bar and a room with tables in the back, but people also crowd around to wait for their to-go orders.
We love their burritos! If you have time, and can find a table, I suggest ordering the burrito smothered, but if you're on the go, it's just not feasible.
The food is always HOT and gives you a great base for a long day of riding. Their spicy salsa is very thin and runny, but tastes amazing!
Their famous 4$ Irish Coffee is hot, strong and nicely topped with whipped cream and sprinkles!
I would highly recommend this place!

Cozy cafe that serves beer, wine and cocktails as well. Pastry and breakfast served at the counter.
Comfortable couches and tables provide plentiful seating in a small space. Larger than life stationary hangs from the ceiling and adds a touch of whimsy.

They have such nice signs. But the burrito was mediocre, just edible. Uncooked and unseasoned potatoes were the majority, then the eggs that you can tell are the pre made kind. Even the green chile was unseasoned. Not very tasty. Honestly just disappointed after expecting a delicious $15 burrito.

Great spot to grab some quality coffee, read a book, and escape the busy world outside. I had a nitro cold brew coffee and my wife had a strawberry mango smoothie. We grabbed some books and sat in the corner.
