Burger King

I stopped in at 9:40pm to get a bite to eat. Tried the new angry Whopper value meal with onion rings and a medium diet coke. The manger was friendly. My order was complete in just a few minutes. I must say the sandwich was really good. The jalapeno's could have been a little Spicer for me. The manager made me some fresh onion rings. A great experience will definitely make it back soon.

Staff were helpful and informative. I am a vegetarian and my options are less. Burgers didn't have cheese and the wrapping paper had chicken Jr sign on them. I'm not happy as it's putting me in dilemma. Staff were kind enough to let me know they're veggie burgers. There's still a lot of space for improvement in food quality and customer service.

Employees seem disgruntled. Not very friendly. Meal was hot. I got the new spicy chicken sandwich. It came out very dry. Maybe they cooked it twice because it was hot, but appeared and tasted over cooked. The coke machine was out of well over half of the options. The ketchup dispenser was empty. Seems like management is falling short here.

When you look at Burger King's website and decide on a sandwich (the Rodeo Crispy Chicken), one would expect to get the sandwich as described. Correct? Apparently this Burger King doesn't seem to think so. We ordered the Rodeo Crispy Chicken sandwich and it did not have the bacon or the mayo on it. It only had a little piece of chicken a couple of onion rings and bbq sauce. When we called to inform them that the order was wrong we were told by the manager that they don't do it that way and to basically just deal with it. Really? How is a restaurant going to have their menu online and describe everything that's on their sandwiches and NOT make them as described and have the nerve to argue with the customer? Their whole staff needs to be retrained, and learn how to actually make their own food according to their website and learn how to properly deal with customers.

I love this BK! They've got a trophy/plaque/some-sort-of-award in the store that shows they've earned fastest service! Because I'm usually going in on the go, my orders are always take-out. I'm never in this BK longer than ten minutes, and that's on a BUSY day. My food is always correct, and the staff knows how I like my milkshakes and frappes.

Staff is rude, I'm a construction worker I eat out a lot especially burger king! I have never been to a Burger King with staff as rude as this one on Dorothy Lane. Also I've never been to a Burger King that charges for every single item I'm surprised I didn't charge for a straw and lid for my cup. So sad I will never be returning to that particular Burger King and I will spread the word about that Burger King to all my friends and family not to ever purchase any items from there ever.

Had to get ice from front counter since ice machine was out. Had to get ketchup at counter as well because that was also out. Sat and ate my meal and neither one got filled the whole time. The girl would rather be on her phone. The food was ok. But you can't even do a simple job and people want to get paid $15 per hour. I don't think so.
