Checking out this little town that's not so little anymore and haaaad to have coffee and donuts in hand and where is the familiar place to go for Ontarions? Yum, TIMS In case anyone wanted to guess what my favourite at Tims is, I got a box of 6 😋 Service was slow but it seemed like a slow kinda day, apple fritters were cold, a little hard around edges like it's been a day old but still good Friendly staffs, clean, and roomy

Terribly slow on the weekends when the student staff at working. Almost every time we go in on a weekend, there is at least 2-3 employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. Since service is so slow on weekends, the line-up can be through the door and extends to the outside of the business, leading to a wait of 15-20 minutes. Having done this wait far too many times than I'd like to admit, I can confirm that some (not all) of the students working there think it's totally acceptable to be chatting away while not even pretending to be refilling the coffee cups or making new coffee. Not to mention that almost every time I've been to this Tim Horton's location on the weekend there has either been coffee grounds in my cup, my breakfast sandwich was wrong (either the wrong type of bun, meat, or missing the cheese), the coffee was completely burnt, or the coffee didn't have the correct number of sugars/creams. During the weekdays (when the regular staff is there, and students are at school), there is no problem at all and service is prompt, orders are made correctly, and the staff are delightful to interact with.

What a waste of money ! Ordered two sandwiches and both were inedible. The buns were like bricks . The servers were pleasant but how could they not know how off the product was . Disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. . If you can’t serve fresh food at 9:30 pm you should close and not say your 24 hrs. $26 down the drain because they both went in the garbage and the drinks were wrong too .
