Hey Taco time I was promised free Ice for life by a certain manager back in June or July if I left a positive review and to my surprise when I went through the drive thru and was told I have to pay full price for the cup of Ice by some other lady who does not know I have been coming to this taco time for years now. If the cup cost .50$ Why now should I have to pay 3.80 for a cup of Ice? Please explain? She said she was going to charge me the full price.. fix it please

Been coming here for a long time but don’t think management is enforcing cleaning policies. After seeing how disgusting the bathroom was and the floors in general it concerns me with the kitchen being filthy as well. Do better.

Food was super fresh, place was super clean. Employees were super cool! Honestly I was a pleasant surprised by my visit!

Ordered ahead and food was ready and waiting. Hot and exactly what we ordered. Good tasting and plentiful. Love the compostable bottoms to the containers. Will go back.

I went early evening today. Store was clean, staff was ok. I ordered a Chicken soft Taco meal. It was not busy at all. One guest there, only 2 after us. (Our stay was 45 min, chilling with my kiddo.) The fries were barely warm and the same with the chicken in my taco. This temp bothers me because they were slower then slow when I came. There was no reason at all for it. I don't always complain about sub par food if it's edible, it is fast food after all... BUT that alone is why it should at least be 🔥 HOT! There is no excuse for it.

The 3 tacos where OK.. Mexican fries the normal awsome... But ordered a vegetarian burrito and it had meat... Not good
