Mcdonald's

We waited in line for a while just to pay and then we're told to pull forward to wait on our chicken. 15 minutes later, we get out chicken sandwich but it's the wrong one so I pull back around and tell them at the drive thru again since the lobby was closed. Took another 20 minutes to get to the window just to have to repeat the problem and be told to pull into a reserve spot because someone was already pulled forward to wait. We then waited another 10-15 minutes before the correct sandwich was brought out and the chicken wasn't even piping fresh. The fries were old to begin with and were even worse by the time we got the right food. They could have at least brought us fresh food after having to wait almost an hour for one large size spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal. They closed the parking lot and sign lights down 30 minutes before closing time, which I'm sure was to deter further customers. It was ridiculous.

We came through the drive thru at about 9:15 p.m. We sat at the speaker for a few minutes without anyone acknowledging us so we thought maybe they're closed. As we pull around the building to leave we see some cars in the drive thru waiting for food so we drive back through. This time our order was taken. We asked for 2 chocolate shakes. We pay for them at the first window but can't pull forward because there's a car ahead of us. The employee comes back to the window wanting to know what we ordered and asking if we paid. Ummm yeah, we paid you, 2 minutes ago. Finally we get to the second window to get our shakes only to be told to pull forward and wait. 10 minutes. For milkshakes!! Think next time we'll go to Burger King across the street.
