5 out of 5 stars. This kids' restaurant exceeds expectations. It is extremely clean, like it was newly built. The staff is very friendly. We had a kid's birthday party and our party hostes Cynthia was phenomenal in creating a party atmosphere, every one had fun. The optical dance floor/sandbox is awesome!

During pandemic, hard to chose where to do a birthday party, but we chose right with Chuck E Cheese! Everything was super clean, being wiped down during the day. There were very few kids in there, not crowded AT ALL. They took care of our every need during the party! Such an easy breezy birthday with no worries! Thank you!

Could not have asked for a better place to have my grandsons birthday. Party attendant was excellent. Felt safe, cared about, and made the kids feel loved. Chucky Cheese has really stepped up to keep things clean and safe. Picture is of our great attendant. She went over and beyond what we could have asked for. If a manager wants to reply, I would love to send this employees a thank you.

They over charged us $18.00. Then Chuck E never came out. My kid was upset that was her first trip to Chuck E. Cheese,and really wanted to see the mouse

We love this place sooo much.
Both manager are very friendly specially to children and helpful too.
My son couldn’t get a ball in the machine and the manager saw him and gave him one.
I also saw an employee swipe a game for a little girl because she wants to play and but she didn’t have the card with her.
The most important is I bought passes
and have problem she couldn’t scan it. It was Saturday’s so I have no where to ask for help. The manager were very nice and helpful and tell us not to worry she got it take care of instead of sending us back or give us hard time. I really appreciate of what they did and the act of goodness the whole team show on this store.
