Great crew! food is always fresh and one employee in particular, Nikki Held always has a smile on her face and great conversation, All in all a very welcoming, clean, and friendly place. Customer service and an employee's attitude is number one with me! And I drive way out of my way to go to this particular subway instead of the one 2 blocks from my house!

Terrible customer service. This is the least i can give them. i would not treat my dog the way i was treated. The ladies can't follow instructions to make a simple ham sandwich. They get a negative 5. after I told them about writing a bad review..

The hot brisket sandwich was and improperly heated and prepared. The store was missing the heating wrack that is used with the sandwhich. It was very disappointing. Poor preparation, an planning the owner of this subway does not properly stock the store and has low standards for following procedures.This is not the first time I have gotten a less than expected sandwich at this location. I cannot recommend it. Really sad because it is a good area. Hopefully they can improve or get better owner(s)/mgmt.
