Mcdonald's

Ordered an egg McMuffins and two sausage McMuffins... the English muffins weren't even toasted as well as when I went and informed the cooks. They brought out the "fixed order" back out and they still weren't toasted as well as they forgot the sausage on the egg McMuffin. Like come on. There's only 4 ingredients on the dang thing.

Cashier for the drive-thru with the bright red colorful hair, wish i got his name but he's the real mvp. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays so I gotta give credit where credit is due. He was so patient & so polite. Not to mention, they hooked it up with the hot fudge! Good job guys. 👍👍

We stop at this location everytime we pass through headed North or South whenever we're on travel we usually get service but this trip the app was down we couldn't use any points nor gain any points ( I asked if It were possible to gain the point somehow at a later time but they weren't able to give me an answer,) we had to wait quite some time for someone to assist as the ordering machines were down as well and the staff was extremely busy in back we did finally get serve by an eager to assist new employee I'm not certain of his name but I'm thinking it was Robert Mer#570953 who did tried very hard to make things right ,but we didn't get Napkins, nor did we get our dipping sauces, or our Pie correct but he tried really hard to help us but he was running the cash register not in the back so I'm sure if he were running the back he'd definitely do a better job in ensuring the customers experience was to McDonald's expectations. he made the experience pleasant So thank you for him.

On 01/09/22 I took my son and my client which is a kid with autism to the kelso McDonald’s around 1030am. I like to take my client inside to eat when it is accessible because of his issues eating. While we were waiting to pay I can hear the manager in the back complaining to other employees. Because they were short handed and said can someone get the counter since they can’t just go through the drive through. Super rude I fill even the other customers in line left but like I said I was trying to give my client a nice day out so we stayed and I payed for the food. The employee which was nice enough ask me to take my number and find a table so we did. When the food came out the manger says loud enough for all to hear if they want us to take it to them they need to come up to the counter like everyone else. I did all of that and felt disrespected with the whole experience. The employee apologized immensely for the manager but I will definitely not ever return to that store.
