Panera Bread

Paid $15 for this half sandwich and mac and cheese with what is about a tablespoon of chicken salad. The bread side was hard as a rock. The mac and cheese was great. I was so sad about this. I’m having trouble finding a customer service place to report. I just don’t understand how the price is that high for such a tiny portion.

The Tesla super charger there led us spend some time there and while we were there I ordered a pick up of classic grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup and husband ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich. Got the order on time and also ate there, since we had time. The restaurant was peaceful and clean. For the price we paid and the time we had, this was perfect lunch for our way back home from California.

First time going to a Panera and the last. Paid $25 for a Sandwich and Salad and waited 27mins when they weren't even that busy. This is the sandwich they gave me. They just slapped both tomatoes on top of each other instead of spreading them out, didn't even cut the middle out of them, and put two of the smallest pieces of bacon on each half. The bread was so thin that every time i'd try to take a bite, sauce would ooze out from the bread and coat my hands. Lastly, the piece of bread that came with it as a side was the hardest, most bland piece of bread i've ever had. Could have gotten a better sandwich from Safeway Deli or Subway for way cheaper

First visit to Panera & was an excellent experience. Great customer service, many choices from the menus, great prices, delicious sandwiches & many varieties of condiments, sauces, meat, cheese&more. enjoy the pictures of videos. The atmosphere was calm &quiet @approximately 1 p.m. Visit 3 years later, elder folks waiting4 service, no one avail. 5 minutes later line of 3 ....we ordered on app. Rude girl from kitchen came out as guy asked for his smoothie wow! Not necessary! Rude behavior & tone is unacceptable folks. Megan needs help 01.28.2022 130pm wow

Usually I love Panera but today was awful. First there was a long black hair in my salad, when I returned it they offered to remake it and I agreed since I didn't want to make a huge stink. BUT THEN while I was eating the second salad, I came across a big inedible chunk of lettuce core! Wth Panera? I should have just asked for my money back and gone somewhere else.
