I had never seen anything like this shop before. I got to be a kid and have fun with all the choices of yogurt and toppings. The staff was exceptional!

I love this place and hope it doesn’t shut down like all the other yogurt places . They have the kindest people working there. Every time I go in they are always happy and ready to serve me with there kindness . I tend to go there more then I should but what can I say the yogurt and kind staff keeps my coming back .

Good choice of flavors. No staff around except when you pay which I find hilarious. Sadly this Menchies is the last frozen yogurt store in all of Kelowna... surviving somehow since the great frozen yogurt craze of 2016.

Really yummy! And I'm a particular fan of not crowded and later at night it's deff not crowded. Delicious flavors! I will be coming more often to taste test more flavors! May attempt a cake one day. Really nice mood, and I like the music!

Thanks so much to Erin and Brian for hosting the most amazing birthday party for my twin daughters. Your many special touches and all the set up and organization that went to pulling it off went over and above! Erin you’re an absolute sweetheart! Thanks again! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Nice Menchies. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had lots of toppings. This menchies is attached to a coffee shop too which I think is nice especially in the winter.

Great selection of frozen yogurt and a huge array of tasty toppings to choose from. They also make custom cakes that are always a hit at my kids birthday parties. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great product and service. However a little pricey for what you get. On the other hand they do have premade bowls for a fraction of the cost of the self serve. Great selection would recommend for a special once and awhile treat. They also have good selection of food that is new

Kids love menchies. They are more expensive than some, but they have more flavours and unlimites testing. With no one handing you cups to test and watching how many flavours you try. They have a better business model.

As usual the yogurt is good at any of the locations. What made his one better was the woman that helped us was the best customer service in any industry I’ve experienced. I could not leave her a tip, which is silly, but she was super!
