Their iced matcha latte with coconut sweetener is my go-to. Well, I got it on my first visit there and I haven't stopped ordering it since. It's delicious. Aside from that, the staff are friendly and always serve me with a smile. The plants, books, and fixtures contribute to such a quaint and lovely ambience in this café. It's one of my favourite places in the city.

Calling all tea lovers.
The teas are aromatic, beautifully blended and ethically sourced. It is a gem in downtown Kelowna. I highly recommend to stop in and try your favourite beverage hot or cold and you’ll undoubtedly be back again and again. So good!

Chaibaba has an impressive selection of teas from all over the globe, but more importantly, the owners are so knowledgeable and kind!
I was attempting to make masala chai at home and Crystal helped me figure out the perfect recipe and even gave me a mixture of her own to try (which was so perfect).
Is it my favourite place for tea and I HIGHLY recommend stopping by, its a treat in itself.

Popped into the shop while on vacation in Kelowna and wasn't disappointed! Came out with 4 unique tea blends that are each so wonderful. This is a place I would frequent if I lived locally.

What a welcoming little shop to come into. Friendly staff and owner. So many teas to choose from, lots of nice custom blends. They also carry books, oracle cards and a few other goodies. Fun to visit and browse!

Crystal and all her staff are the most amazing and friendly people downtown! I sometimes don't know how they can always be smiling and so happy and thoughtful all the time! Even if you aren't a tea person, pop in, and enjoy the amazing aromas and I swear they will have something for you to brighten your day, and who doesn't want that? ;)

My sisters loves tea. This place is like a tea heaven for tea lovers. Not a big tea drinker myself, but they smell nice. If you like tea give this place a try. Tried a blueberry rooibos. I admit I liked it. This place is located on the 1200 block of Ellis. Other businesses near by. You can also place orders online off their website. My go to spot for Organic Free Trade Tea! Crystal and her staff are astounding, and it feels like a bit like home when going there to get your favourite tea or treats! My whole family is enjoying healthy Tea now thanks to Crystal and her staff! A must see place when in Kelowna! You won't be disappointed, and the lovely aroma of the shop will have you coming for more and more and more :)
