Dunkin'

The worst Dunkin in Keene. My coffee is usually made right however I have a suspicion it is very poorly managed out of the rest. They're staff are always overwhelmed with little help from others, I'm not even sure if they have a manager 🤔Several times I've waited almost 10m or more to even be acknowledged, once greeted I wait another 8 minutes to order. This happens often! I've been here several times where they were out of almost everything I needed to order, including my visit a month ago where they were out of Caramel, hot and iced lattes, sausage, Bagels and pretty much all their Donuts. I've tried several times to like this particular store and I keep getting disappointed. I will go to the other West Street Dunkin or Swanzey Dunkins from now on. I go here when I'm absolutely desperate for coffee

I can’t say enough bad things about this place. Mike/michael is great, I always get my order right when he’s there. Everyone else can’t tell the difference between a doughnut and a muffin. The managers/supervisors aren’t any better, they’re probably the worst part. They’re rude and clearly don’t care about the customers, their job, or anything else.

I decided to get a bagel one day, I ordered an everything bagel and it came out with about 6 poppy seeds and an even smaller amount of everything else. The next time I went we asked for a free coffee and donut for nurses day. They essentially yelled at us and made us seem like we were an inconvenience. The last straw was the other day when I ordered a large iced tea with blueberry and sugar. The tea came out completely black with no sugar or blueberry. I ended up going to a different location where it was made perfectly.

First I would like to say add ice to the ice coffee. Especially the person with the short red hair! There is never enough ice even when I say extra ice!!! Secondly they need to work on there customer service skills. While ordering they will cut you off, they also sound annoyed when you order more then one thing. Instead of saying, “would you like anything else today” they are rude and just say anything else or as your saying I’ll also have they say will that complete your order...., Thirdly as I’m paying for my coffee I hear them talking about how bad the previous customer was to each other and they didn’t hold back. (There is one nice one who works in the evening she has glasses, thin, dark hair and she is extremely nice and is the only one who can make a good coffee).

Terrible experience every time I do a to go order. You would think the purpose is to have it ready so when you get there, you grab and go. It’s never ready and every time I ask for a reason why it’s aways and attitude and never there fault. I will not be returning for the donuts and coffee I get every sat.

Someone needs to show this location how to make a Chai Latte. I've gone to this location a few times now and they have all been made them different each time. Remind you, I know what they should taste like as I go to other locations and they are all the same. The last couple of times have tasted like they used apple cider or just espresso.
