Everything OK until I looked inside my coffee cup, it was half full. I asked a staff member if this is the usual amount and he said yes. Who buys half a cup of coffee??? Not happy and staff were not really interested. So as promised I will post the pictures.

Waited 20 minutes for a burger and large fries on a Thursday tea time. Young kids for staff wandering around without and sense of urgency.
Burger was flat and cold with no sauces on. Fries were not a large.
£10 for that utter rubbish. Needs a shake up by a decent manager. Not a good advert for Burger King.

Service was quick but the Black Angus burger was a poor excuse for a burger. The onion rings were neither crispy nor particularly edible, and the soft drinks had no ice . Expensive and not value for money

Service was quick and food was excellent. Crispy chicken burger was proper crispy and generously sized. Felt safe and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Slightly pricey compared to other fast food chains but in my opinion worth it. Would go again.

20 mins for a burger with 1 person before. Not fast food. Also soda was warm and was told after collection that they had no ice. Would not go there again

Went there with friend who wanted simple cheeseburgers. Wouldn't serve us only burgers on board. Would take any ingredients off. Staff couldn't care less. Place was empty. Place was dirty went to macie Ds place was buzzin sorted. Won't v ex going back to burger King in a hurry...

Poor. Heavily salted chips and no attempt to ask if I wanted salt. Self service ordering screen needs improving. Couldn't see how to order 2 meals the same.
No option to remove mayo if we want a lower fat option.
Tea bags were low grade.

After wait 20 mins to be served we were informed that there were no veggie options for my partner. There was no signs to indicate that a limited menu was being offered and when we final got to the desk the member of staff was very rude and dismissive and made me and my partner feel like it was our felt that no information was offered. I really hope this isn't the burger king standard as the food is normally good for fast food.
