My experience was horrible! I'm never going there. First I ordered a large hot chocolate and it was brown hot water I told the girl that it taste like water nothing like hot chocolate and she literally got upset and told me that is a hot chocolate. She refused to fix it all.she only had to do was to add another chocolate powder pack. Then I told her to change it to a caramel hot latte with almond milk and she said that it was going to cost me more like with an attitude like I can't afford it.the hot chocolate cost me like $4and cents and then she charged me $2some cents more🤦♀️.Also I ordered a bacon topped avocado toast and as it shows in the photos there was nothing dunkin donuts quality worse my toast was burned. Very disappointing. I don't usually post reviews but it's not fair for the community get ripped off.

The staff is great! They're doing the best they can despite the crowds and pandemic. They are polite, and friendly. Everything I order is prepared well, properly, great variety of drinks & food. I also like the location.

I went to this place and the employees seemed to be in a very bad mood, today is a holiday, it's almost closing time and still they didn't even give me my receipt, they need to improve the service, attention franchise owner!

They are unable to properly follow online orders. Always missing something. And what you do get is done incorrectly… I received a piece of paper in my sandwich.

The worse dunking donuts ever!!! I order 2 medium decaf from my DD app and when I got there the guy working there told me they were out of decaf. I told him I could wait for him to make a new batch but he told me NO! I told him ok give me my money back and he refused to. 15 minutes of arguing until I couldn't take it anymore and I left. Like I said they worse service ever

The workers can't take orders properly, let alone read. Placed an order on Uber eats; they had the order written down and STILL messed it up. Ridiculous. This place used to be so good.
