Dunkin'

NEVER order curbside here. I've waited up to 45 minutes outside for my order (small kids in the car). App orders are hit or miss. Sometimes they're ready, sometimes they're not or they're missing items. The service here is ALWAYS SLOW & they appear to have a very high turn around (understandably) so I'm sure it's a cyclical problem. Staff is always well manored and pleasant though, just seems like a disorganized location.

Excellent and polite people work here. I ordered for my family and didn't think about how much it would be to carry especially since my arm has been hurting. Well I started to try and grab everything and the nice cashier offered to help and carried most of it for me all the way to my car! A true gentleman! I was actually a bit speechless because it's been years since someone was kind enough to help me like that. Will be going to this place versus others just because of the great people that work there. They seem to have a great, positive attitude. Thank you to the guy that helped me!
