Zaxby's

Solid chicken finger restaurant. The fries and toast are usually reliably delicious when paired with Zax sauce. I ordered the Kickin Chicken Sandwich on this visit and thoroughly enjoyed the spice with the buffalo and creamy ranch sauce. Always seems to be issues with their Coke machine (out of flavor etc.). Overall decent place to eat that won't break the bank.

I got the " Zak Pack " It was around $8 & it came with everything in the pic + sauce/drink! For an additional 80 cents, you can upgrade for large fry & drink! Everything was hot, & fresh! The only complaint was the pop machine. It was leaking water. It's a great place to visit, & would highly recommend it! 🐔 🇺🇸

Chicken fast food. Snack meal is a good choice. Could not finish it all, but then again I ordered Mushrooms and Cheddar cheese bites and of course I wanted to save room for cookies for dessert, (one of each flavor). The food was good. Lots of fried food choices. Many sauces to choose from. I liked the spicy garlic, not to spicy. Employees were helpful, patient while I read menu and added to my order, and friendly. I would give them 5 STARS out of 5 for their workers.

Zaxby's is the go to place if youre craving tender,hot,juicy chicken strips and fries. They also have wings which I havent tried but I was impressed with the portions and how our meals came in a styrofoam clamshell just in case we couldn't finish everything. Zaxby's sauce is definitely amazing and I wish I could buy it by the bottle to add to other food items when Im home. Upon entering I was impressed with the cleanliness and noticed the manager going out to sanitize every table that had a guest that had just eaten and left. The staff were friendly and the menu is easy to read. I also liked that it had to flatscreens up high to watch the Chief's play. I loved the selection of beverages but did notice the specialty Diet Dr.Pepper sodas were unavailable so I settled for regular diet Dr.pepper. I feel like my three piece chicken strip meal and fries was definately worth the price and I will be returning again when Im in KC.

May I just say....put your hair back. Several had long hair which was gorgeous but I don't want it in or brushing across my food. No thank you, no you're welcome they just hand you the food and shut the drive thru window. Chicken was hot, fries were cold and coleslaw had a little vinegar taste which led me to believe it was fermented. Never asked if we wanted salt or ketchup and or what kind of sauce. Customer service these days...shaking my head.

I've been going to Zaxby's for a long time (years). This time the Legend's location was not as clean as it normally is. The mens bathroom was not kept up, the trash in the dining area was full, and the drink area was not clean. The fries weren't seasoned right, and the Texas toast tasted stale. Finally, the people at the counter seemed disinterested in their duties. It wasn't extremely busy. We'll find another chicken restaurant.

Good is decent and tasty. Drive thru needs a second menu instead of just one at the speaker. Creates stand still traffic as customers don’t have a menu to read until the get to the speaker. Also parking lot entry needs repaired. Horrible bump at the parking lot entry that has been neglected since store open. Management seems to turn a blind eye to these issues.
